Whatever it is you want to create in your life, you need to know that you deserve it, that you're worth it, AND forgive yourself for your so-called flaws and your past mistakes or failures.
This is the basis to every creation!


Learn to love yourself as the person you were until now (PAST), the person your are right now (PRESENT) and the person you want to become (FUTURE).

POSITIVE MINDSET

Once you've gotten clear on what's holding you back and how to work through that, we go to the next step, which is to re-wire your brain. This process needs a fairly high amount of training, it's like a muscle. You grow it by consciously repeating certain thoughts. Doing this over and over again literally builds up new pathways in your brain, which then helps you prepare yourself for what's to come once your goals are achieved.

Once you know what you want and how to get through what's holding you back, the next step is to get FOCUSED! Now it's time to roll up your sleeves, get out into the world and actually DO what you've been preparing for. The Happy 12 planner helps you to intuitively find out what your next steps are going to be.


Each month you have an overall "theme" (more on that in a second...), and all you need to do is to set up your main goals, and from there you split these goals into smaller chunks to achieve each week and THEN you set up your habits to track. It's that simple.
