Are you still living by accident? Start living by design!
Does this sound like your life?
If you’re waking up totally overwhelmed, tired as hell and wishing you could stay in bed all day, chances are that you’ve been living your life by accident.
You’ve lost control over what happens in your day to day.
You have so much to do that you’d wish your days had 30+ hours.
You’re overworked, or your husband is overworked, or both.
Your chores are stacking up uncontrollably.
Your bank account is always empty and your debt is piling up.
If you recognized yourself in one or more of these statements, it’s time for you to get back in the driver's seat.
And although all of these sentences describe things that concern you AND your family, change always starts with YOU and you alone!
So that’s why we’re here today. I want to help you understand that it’s in your hands to finally make a shift. And you need to work it out inside your mind first, before you should get your family even involved.
So today I’m going to help you create a vision for YOUR future. Get clear on what YOU want. You’ll get to talk about this with your husband and kids after you’re at peace with your vision.

BREAKING THINGS DOWN
When I first started working on my own visions for my future, I got overwhelmed quickly.
I didn't know where to start, I didn't know how to chose and I didn't know how to fit all those visions on one Vision Board.
So I made the decision to BREAK THINGS DOWN! This is the easiest and most effective way to get your mind flowing. It gets you out of confusion and it gives you the clarity you need.
First, you need a longterm vision for your future.
I always suggest doing 3 main areas:
2. Your surroundings
3. Your relationships
Breaking things down into chunks makes your brain easier to get into the flow. The brain loves buckets that it can relate to.
Why the 3 main areas?
Because as I just said, every vision needs to start with YOU. So it’s imperativ that you start determining WHO you want to be.
Then you want to go one step further and determine your surroundings. Because the things you surround yourself with are the ones that affect your reality.
And then the last area deals with the people you surround yourself with. Do you want to know why I’m leaving this to last? Because it’s the most complicated one. THIS involves two entirely different worlds. Two different minds, two different hearts, and two different souls. And by the way, it’s the one that requires the most work in making it happen.
By choosing the 3 main areas you get over the overwhelm of knowing where to start.
Something people wonder about the most is why I don’t have a vision for my spirituality, my mindset or my personal growth. Oh, trust me they’re covered.
In fact, they are involved in each area I create a vision for. I work on my spirituality each and every month. Because it’s involved in all of the areas I just mentioned. Myself, my surroundings AND my relationships. So by creating a vision for the 3 areas, I create a vision for my spirituality INSIDE each of them.
Examples for each area
AREA 1: YOURSELF
Your way of talking
Your way of dressing
Your way of caring for yourself
Your way of presenting yourself
AREA 2: YOUR SURROUNDINGS
AREA 3: YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Your relationship with your parents and family
LETTING GO OF THE PAST
When you're creating a vision for each month, you should first try to let go of the past.
A lot of people are holding back on their visions because of the experiences they've done so far.
So maybe if you've been struggling with money up until now, you might be holding back in your money mindset vision because you THINK you're not good with money.
You need to go back to a time where you were still less clouded in your believing. Like when you were a child. Back then you knew EVERYTHING was possible for you in the future. That's why you kept saying you'd become a doctor.
Today I need you to go back to that thinking when you were a child. When you believed everything was possible. And from that believe I want you to create your visions for each month.
What would your vision be if you KNEW FOR SURE that you cannot fail at this?
Would you live in a mansion?
Would you have great friendships with amazing and uplifting people?
Would you travel all over the world?
What would you spend your day doing?
And one more thing regarding relationships:
Look at the people surrounding you today. If these people are not amazing and uplifting but rather energy-sucking and negative, THIS doesn't mean you have to get rid of those people. There are relationships that can be transformed, there are relationships that can be fixed.
So don't envision certain people being in your life, instead, visualize what you want the people's energy around you to be.
Don't fixate on the how right now. That's for your goal setting session next week!
ASPIRING, INSTEAD OF ADMIRING
If you still don’t know where to get started, think about the people you admire. Stars, celebrities, family members, friends, mentors. Why and for what do you admire them? What could you aspire to do that you admire in them?
Remember that you’re free of your past. So thoughts like “I could never do that” or “I’ll never be able to do that” are not welcome.
You, too, can do the exact remarkable things they did! Imagine, one day someone could use YOU as the role model they’re aspiring to be like.
That’s it for today! Next week I’m going to be talking about how to get this vision into actual GOALS! So stay tuned, or just sign up for our weekly Happy♡Mail so you’ll be one of the first people to know when it’s up!
Have an incredibly GREAT day!
